Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy for Digital Content

1) General Information
We want our customers worldwide to shop with confidence. As our products are digital eBooks delivered by instant download, the right of withdrawal/cancellation depends on your country of residence and whether you have already accessed the content.

2) Switzerland and Non-EU Countries 
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for digital products once delivery has begun. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we grant customers the option to withdraw their order within 14 days after purchase provided that no download or access has yet taken place.
Once the eBook has been downloaded or accessed, cancellation is no longer possible.

3) European Union / EEA / United Kingdom
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
  • To exercise your right, you must notify us (Ilyas Kayihan/Aetheric Books, Untere Reutenenstr. 3, 5210 Windisch, Switzerland, e-mail: aethericbook@gmail.com) of your decision in a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail).
  • You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Important exception (digital content):
Your right of withdrawal expires immediately once:

  • you have expressly requested immediate access to the digital content before the withdrawal period ends, and
  • you acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right once download or access begins, and
  • we confirmed this to you by e-mail or on another durable medium.
